Açai and chia seeds? Yes please! Try this easy and low carb dish, topped with berries for an added sweet taste. It’s simple, nourishing and perfect for a quick and delicious breakfast!
INGREDIENTS:
For the chia pudding:
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 pouch (100 g) Inner Glow Superfoods açaí puree
- 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
- Maple syrup (or preferred sweetener) to taste
For the toppings:
- Choice of your favourite berries
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl mix almond milk, chia seeds, shredded coconut and maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener) and let it sit overnight (or at least 2 hours)
- Thaw your açaí purée by running under warm water for 15-20 seconds
- Mix in the açaí puree into the chia pudding until well combined. Evenly pour the mixture into the mason jars
- Garnish with your topping of berries and coconut flakes
