Pomegranate Açaí Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Base

1 pouch (100g) of Inner Glow Superfoods’ frozen unsweetened açaí purée 

  • 1/4 cup frozen pomegranates
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • A few drops of liquid stevia



  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened dried coconut
  • 1/8 cup homemade granola
  • Extra pomegranates




  1. Thaw the frozen açaí by running it under warm water for approximately 15 seconds.
  2. Add the frozen açaí, frozen pomegranates, almond butter, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and stevia to the blender. Blend until smooth (*optional* add ice to thicken).
  3. Pour mixture into your bowl.
  4. Finish it off by adding your toppings.
  5. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
