Yeild: 2 ½ cups
- 1 pack of thawed Inner Glow Superfoods açaí purée (Buy here: https://www.innerglowsuperfoods.ca/products/frozen-organic-acai-puree)
- ½ cup white vinegar (or ¼ white and ¼ balsamic vinegar)
- ¼ to ½ cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, date syrup) or equivalent of monk fruit sweetener or stevia
- ¾ cup oil of choice (olive, grape seed, avocado, etc.)
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
