Açaí Vinaigrette

Yeild: 2 ½ cups


  • 1 pack of thawed Inner Glow Superfoods açaí purée (Buy here: https://www.innerglowsuperfoods.ca/products/frozen-organic-acai-puree)
  • ½ cup white vinegar (or ¼ white and ¼ balsamic vinegar)
  • ¼ to ½ cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, date syrup) or equivalent of monk fruit sweetener or stevia
  • ¾ cup oil of choice (olive, grape seed, avocado, etc.)


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until combined.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
