- ½ cup of Inner Glow Superfood’s frozen acai puree
- ½ banana
- ½ avocado
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk of choice
- a few drops of stevia
- 1/8 cup of shaved coconut flakes
- 1/8 cup of dark chocolate flakes
- 1/2 banana, chopped
- A couple of strawberries, chopped
- ¼ cup of granola (see recipes section for some of our favourite combinations!)
- Leave your frozen acai outside of the freezer for at least 10 minutes or run under warm water to partially de-thaw.
- Place half of your granola mix at the bottom of your bowl.
- Place smoothie bowl mix ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture over the granola in your bowl.
- Sprinkle the rest of your toppings over the top of the smoothie mixture.
- Grab a spoon, and enjoy!
