Ingredients: ½ cup honey ½ cup maple syrup ¼ cup raw cane sugar A few drops of stevia ¼ cup coconut oil 4 cups oats 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt Instructions: Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Combine honey, maple syrup, sugar, stevia and coconut oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often until sugar is dissolved. Pour in oats, cinnamon and salt. Stir until oats are evenly coated. Spread granola mixture over a cookie sheet and press mixture down. Place in the oven and bake for 50 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes. Yield:
20 Truffles
1 cup of natural organic peanut butter
1/2 cup vegan protein powder
1/3 cup freeze dried organic acai powder
1/3 cup ground chia seeds
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey (or sweetener of choice to taste)
1/3 cup organic cacao powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup organic hemp seeds
3 tbs water
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients except the hemp seeds in your food processor, and pulse until the ingredients form a paste.
Spread the hemp seeds across a plate. Form balls with the paste and roll around in the plate to coat with the hemp seeds.
Enjoy! Store uneaten truffles in a container in the fridge.

Ingredients: Smoothie mix: ½ cup of Inner Glow Superfood’s frozen acai puree ½ banana ½ avocado ¼ cup non-dairy milk of choice a few drops of stevia Toppings: 1/8 cup of shaved coconut flakes 1/8 cup of dark chocolate flakes 1/2 banana, chopped A couple of strawberries, chopped ¼ cup of granola (see recipes section for some of our favourite combinations!) Instructions: Leave your frozen acai outside of the freezer for at least 10 minutes or run under warm water to partially de-thaw. Place half of your granola mix at the bottom of your bowl. Ingredients:
1 cup thawed acai puree
3 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup milk of your choice (I use full fat coconut milk out of a can, or Bailey’s Irish Cream for an extra special treat!)
Raspberries, blueberries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with the acai, sweetened condensed milk and other milk.
Pour mixture into a pan and heat, stirring constantly until heated and thickened (just a few minutes).
Pour into 4 pudding cups or glasses.
Place in the refrigerator until the pudding cools.
Garnish with berries and mint leaves before serving to your guests!
