Holiday Açaí Mint Smoothie Bowl

NANS Ingredients: 10-15 mint leaves 1 pack of Inner Glow Superfoods açaí purée (Buy here: https://www.innerglowsuperfoods.ca/products/frozen-organic-acai-puree) 1 ½ Frozen bananas ¼ cup milk of choice 1 date Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of cacao powder Directions: Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with your favourite granola, nuts, seeds, fruit, etc. and enjoy!

Açaí Cheesecake with Cranberry Açaí Compote

NANS Ingredients: Base: ½ cup shredded coconut ½ cup almonds 1 cup dates Filling: ½ cup cashews 200 mL full fat coconut milk 4 dates 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 pack of Inner Glow Superfoods açaí purée (Buy here: https://www.innerglowsuperfoods.ca/products/frozen-organic-acai-puree)   Directions Place all of the base ingredients in a food processor and pulse until everything is chopped and coming together is a loose crumble. Press mixture firmly into an 8 inch pie pan. Place all of the filling ingredients, except the açaí, in a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth. Sunshine Açaí Bowl

So stay inside, wrap yourself in a nice warm blanket and make yourself a delicious, bright sunshine-y açaí bowl !!!    Ingredients: 1 medium orange (peeled) 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 pack of Inner Glow Superfoods açaí purée (Buy here: https://www.innerglowsuperfoods.ca/products/frozen-organic-acai-puree) Water or milk of choice as needed Directions: Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend, adding liquid as needed, until smooth. Add your favourite toppings (Granola, nuts and seeds, fruit, etc.)

Açaí Chocolate Mousse Tart

High Protein Crepes with Açaí Chocolate Sauce (Sugar-free, Gluten-free, Grain-free)
